1. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp notification with tracking details.

Standard delivery within India takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

We offer Free Shipping within India on all prepaid orders.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small convenience fee may be applicable and will be displayed at checkout.

We work with reliable courier services across India to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Currently, Alvitha.com ships only within India. (International shipping will be added in the future – stay tuned!)

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

While we strive for timely deliveries, sometimes courier delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control.
